Kosher Culinary Camp is held at the brand new Chabad of Troy campus — a three-and-a-half-acre property with room to cook, create, explore, and just be a kid. Every session is under the warm, expert direction of Mrs. Chana Caytak and the Chabad of Troy team.

What ages is camp for?+
Kosher Culinary Camp welcomes kids ages 3–12. Activities and cooking stations are adapted by age so every camper can fully participate and succeed.
What are drop-off and pickup times?+
Drop-off is between 9:30–9:45 AM. Pickup is at 3:30 PM. Please be on time for both — our kitchen schedule starts promptly. Optional Before & After Care is available from 9:00 AM and until 4:00 PM.
How does drop-off and pickup work?+
Drop-off and pickup take place at 4050 Coolidge Hwy, Troy MI 48098. When you arrive, a staff member will greet your child at the car. At pickup, only individuals listed on your registration form are authorized to collect your camper — please have ID ready.
How do you get to field trips?+
We travel by school bus. Campers board right at camp and return before pickup time. All trips are supervised by staff. No separate transportation is needed from families — just drop off at camp as usual.
Will there be security on site?+
Yes. Kosher Culinary Camp will have security guard presence on site during camp hours, along with staff-supervised drop-off, pickup, and activities.
Is transportation to camp provided?+
Transportation to and from camp is not included. Families are responsible for drop-off and pickup at 4050 Coolidge Hwy, Troy MI 48098. After registration, reach out and we’ll help connect you with nearby families for carpools.
What should my child bring?+
Comfortable clothes they don’t mind getting messy (aprons are provided), a water bottle, any allergy medications, and a good appetite. We take care of everything else.
My child has food allergies — is camp safe?+
We take allergies seriously. Note all allergies during registration. Our staff reviews every camper’s needs and accommodates where possible. For severe allergies, we’ll speak with you directly before camp begins.
Are scholarships available?+
We believe every Jewish child deserves this experience. Limited scholarship assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact us at rabbi@jewishtroy.com before registering to apply.
