Beyond the Kitchen
We don’t just cook about food — we go find it. Campers board the school bus and head out on real adventures: farms, markets, specialty kitchens, and more. Almost every day brings something new.
“The kind of day they’ll talk about at dinner for the rest of the summer.”
Every trip is part of the learning. Campers discover where food comes from, how it’s made, and why it matters — then come back to the kitchen and make it themselves.
The Venue
Kosher Culinary Camp is held at the brand new Chabad of Troy campus — a three-and-a-half-acre property with room to cook, create, explore, and just be a kid. Every session is under the warm, expert direction of Mrs. Chana Caytak and the Chabad of Troy team.
